Our Calgary operation is getting a significant upgrade. Effective August 1, 2026, our Calgary terminal…

Introducing Brook Didora, PM Operations Support
Brook Didora is Mustang’s newest PM Operations Support team member at our Acheson terminal. Before freight, she spent years in construction and warehousing, running everything from forklifts to excavators. Now she’s learning the ins and outs of operations, and she’s taken to it quickly.
A Different Kind of Resume
Brook’s work history covers a lot of ground. Before joining Mustang, she spent years in customer service and retail supervision, and more recently in construction and warehouse environments, where she operated a wide range of heavy machinery, including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, compactors, skid steers, excavators, and manual and stick-shift tractors.
That mix of people-facing work and physical, hands-on environments gave her a range that most people in freight operations don’t have coming in. She knows how to talk to customers and what it looks like on the floor. Both come in handy.
Into the Details
In her role as PM Operations Support, Brook works closely with Calgary’s city dispatchers. On any given day, she’s answering calls, entering pickup and delivery requests, processing paperwork, tracking Calgary rush freight, and ensuring linehaul drivers leave the dock with complete dangerous goods documentation and the correct chain of signatures.
“I am learning many new things every day,” she says. The team makes that easier. “Our office is always vibrant, full of fun and laughter. The line haul drivers always put a smile on my face. I’ve formed friendships with many of them in such a short time.”
Vinyl, Vintage, and a Good Dog Park
Brook has a thing for physical media. “I love music and collect a lot of physical media that I have mostly found thrifting,” she says. “I have a large collection of CDs, cassettes and LPs in a variety of genres ranging from the 1960s to the present.” Most of it was tracked down at thrift stores, which tells you something about how she spends a Saturday. When she’s not flipping through record bins, she’s at the dog park.
Pressed for the Outdoors
Come summer, Brook and her spouse head out with their dog to explore hiking trails. She collects and presses wildflowers she finds along the way. Back home, five cats and a kitchen keep her busy. “I love to cook and spend time with my five cats,” she says. It sounds like a full house in the best way.

All Opportunities Welcome
Brook is eager to keep learning and cross-training at Mustang, and she’s not shy about where she wants to go. “I am eager to continue learning new things every day, expand my knowledge by cross-training, and grow within the company,” she says. “I feel important and supported and am open to all opportunities that come my way.” Welcome to the team, Brook.
